The Basics Program is designed to help introduce new students to the core Jiu Jitsu positions, techniques, and concepts. The Curriculum for the Program focuses on simplifying the martial art in a way that benefits newer students and helps them create a solid foundation for their Jiu Jitsu journey. The class setting is organized to be welcoming and inviting, creating a positive learning environment for all new practitioners.
The Fundamentals Program is our most popular program and benefits students of all ranks and skill levels. The Program expands on the Curriculum of the Basics program and features a more in-depth exploration of the core positions, techniques, and concepts. Fundamentals also introduces sparring and live training, allowing students to develop critical thinking and problem solving.
