Children Program

Building the Next Generation of Champions

The Children Program offers classes three days a week with levels ranging from basic, fundamental, and advanced training. The format, curriculum, and structure of each class is designed to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment for children.

Training Focus

This program helps children build confidence, discipline, focus, and respect through age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense training. Students learn foundational techniques, body control, coordination, and awareness in a supportive and encouraging environment. Classes also emphasize anti-bullying skills, teamwork, and personal responsibility, helping children develop both physically and mentally.

Skill Development & Growth

As students progress, they are introduced to more structured drills, light resistance training, and controlled partner exercises. This helps them gradually develop confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense awareness. The program is designed to ensure steady growth at a safe pace while preparing students for higher-level martial arts training in the future.
