The Adult Program offers classes three days a week with levels ranging from basic, fundamental, and advanced training. The format, curriculum, and structure of each class is designed to provide a focused, structured, and effective learning environment for all students.

Training Focus

This program is designed for Adult of all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Training focuses on core Jiu-Jitsu techniques, self-defense principles, and functional movement skills that apply to real-world situations. Students develop strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence through consistent practice in a disciplined training environment.

Skill Development & Progression

As students advance, training becomes more technical and resistance-based. Higher levels introduce sparring, situational drills, and strategy-based training to improve timing, control, and decision-making under pressure. This structured progression ensures students build a strong foundation first, then develop advanced skills for practical application.
