Women Self-Defense Program
The Women Self-Defense Program offers classes three days a week with levels ranging from basic, fundamental, and pro training. The format, curriculum, and structure of each class is designed to ensure a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for female students.
Training Focus & Curriculum
This program is designed specifically to build real-world self-defense skills, awareness, and confidence. Students learn practical techniques for handling common threats, escapes from grabs and holds, and situational awareness training.
Classes also focus on improving strength, coordination, and reaction time while building mental confidence and composure under pressure.
Skill Development Progression
As students advance, training becomes more detailed and scenario-based. Intermediate and advanced levels introduce controlled resistance training, defensive strategy, and decision-making under stress.
This progression ensures that every student builds a strong foundation first, then develops the ability to apply techniques effectively in real-life situations.
